How to Withdraw Over-The-Counter with our Partners

Here's how to make over-the-counter withdrawals with our partners.

To withdraw from a Robinsons Retail partner store, follow the instructions below,

  1. Log in to your GoTyme Bank app.
  2. Hit the "Menu" icon at the lower part of the phone screen.
  3. Click "Withdraw."
  4. Put in the desired amount.
  5. Select whichever partner merchant you want to make a withdrawal transaction with.
  6. Hit "Get a withdrawal barcode."
  7. Present the generated barcode to the cashier and pay the amount you've entered.

Once the cashier scans your barcode and processes the transaction, you will receive your cash instantly. Make sure to keep your transaction receipt for reference.
